Per Ottosson joined Artificial Solutions in November 2020 as CEO; his extensive background within AI and software sales is a strategic asset for the company in order to strengthen channel partnerships, develop strategic alliances and expand the international sales presence to accelerate our global growth.
Per has thirty years of senior management experience, including a decade within conversational AI-solutions, most recently at IPsoft as Chief Revenue Officer. Previous roles also include Director at Hewlett-Packard (responsible for the Software Division in Western Europe), vice president at BMC software (responsible for Northern Europe and France) and country manager Sweden at EMC.
Per studied computer and life science at SSHL and earned a master’s in finance at the Stockholm School of Economics. He lives with his wife and children near Stockholm, Sweden.
Fredrik TörgrenChief Financial Officer
Fredrik joined Artificial Solutions in October 2020 as CFO and will be a key part of the leadership team driving the company's progress.
Fredrik’s most recently role was as CFO at Inteno Group and has 20 years of experience from various senior financial, business development, M&A and capital markets roles within Ericsson, as Corporate Finance Director at Handelsbanken Capital Markets and as an investor at, among others, Provider Venture Partners and Swedfund.
Prior to Inteno Group, Fredrik was at Ericsson where he led the IT & Cloud Services Business Area Finance operations including M&A activity. Other senior roles include positions with Swedfund, Handelsbanken Capital Markets and Provider Venture Partners.
Marie Angselius-SchönbeckChief of Impact and Corporate Communications Officer
Marie Angselius-Schönbeck joined Artificial Solutions' leadership team in April 2021 as Chief Impact Officer and Chief of Corporate Communications. She has extensive experience in all aspects of communication, including marketing, change management, corporate communications, investor relations, crisis and issues management and public relations. Marie previously held the position as Head of Corporate Communication at Amelia, an IPsoft company. In 2019, she founded Women in AI, a global initiative to help close the gender gap in STEM.
Marie has more than 25 years of experience working within the software industry. In 2010 she founded a communications agency, one of Sweden’s fastest-growing PR agencies with a focus on B2B, which was awarded on numerous occasions. For eight years she ran the corporate positioning of Qlik, one of the most successful IPO’s conducted in the US in 2010.
She has a Bachelor's degree in Communications and has lived and worked in the UK for ten years. She lives in Stockholm with her husband.
Andreas WiewegChief Technology Officer
Andreas leads Artificial Solutions’ product strategy, design and development for the company’s next generation natural language interaction platform.
Andreas is responsible for Artificial Solutions’ technology vision and product strategy, for product design and development, for quality assurance and documentation. Under Andreas’s leadership, Artificial Solutions’ product portfolio has successfully grown to include a wide range of applications in areas such as language technology, voice automation, search technology, knowledge management, virtual avatars, email management, live-chat, SMS services, and analytics. All these developments are part of the company’s Teneo platform which enables Artificial Solutions to deliver multi-channel, self-service solutions and multi-channel, contact center solutions.
Andreas’s educational background is in engineering and he has been a key player in taking Artificial Solutions from a small start-up company to today’s international thought leader, thanks to his keen sense for market needs and technology solutions.
Daniel ErikssonChief Innovation and Customer Success Officer
Daniel Eriksson joined Artificial Solutions in December 2020 as Chief Innovation and Customer Success Officer.
He has 15 years of Business Development and Technology Leadership experience, the last 7 of which has been spent in the automation and Conversational AI space.
Daniel has a Master of Science in Engineering Physics at the Royal Institute of Technology as well as Masters in Business and Economics at the Stockholm School of Economics.
He lives in Stockholm, Sweden.
Paloma Ramirez Diaz-MonisChief People Officer
Paloma Ramirez Diaz-Monis is the Chief People Officer at Artificial Solutions, she joined three years ago as Head of Human Resources and Organization and has since led several high impactful human resource initiatives, promoting innovation and supporting growth.
Paloma has more than 15 years of experience working in Human Resources, starting her career at Procter & Gamble and then moving to the tech industry where she has worked for the past 12 years. She has extensive experience working with multicultural teams and fast paced cultures.
She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master of Human Resources Management. Paloma has lived and worked in Colombia and Spain, she currently lives in Barcelona with her family.
Nicolas KöllerstedtChief Revenue Officer
Nicolas Köllerstedt started at Artificial Solutions in September 2021 as Chief Revenue Officer.
With over 20 years of experience in SaaS and the software industry, Nicolas has an extensive background in IT sales from Rubrik Inc as Country Manager for Sweden, Finland, and Baltic, Hedvig Inc as Regional Sales Director for EMEA North, Nordic & Baltic, Virtual Instruments as Regional Sales Manager for Nordic & Baltic as well as experience from EMC Systems, Hitachi Data Systems, Fujitsu and Dell. His previous role before joining Artificial Solutions was Regional Director Nordic and Baltic at Snowflake.
Together with his wife, Nicolas have four grown-up kids and a grandson; they reside in Stockholm, Sweden. He's a dedicated hunter, plays Paddle Tennis, and likes to enjoy outdoor activities when he is not working.
Sean McIlrathVP of Americas
With 20+ years of enterprise experience, Sean McIlrath’s understanding of AI software operation and keen collaboration skills have made him a leader in B2B sales. A distinguishing component of his professional background is his experience running and building sales GTM for AI, machine learning, and automation services.
Sean has 10+ years of experience with AI and cloud-based technology; this level of experience sets him apart from other leaders in the industry. Previous experiences include leading sales and delivery for Amelia, Inc in the U.S. At Verizon, Sean was responsible for driving cloud sales for the Finance and Retail verticals among other roles. During his career Sean has generated over $1B+ in new revenue working with the world’s largest companies.
