Artificial Solutions Considers the Conversational Customer Interface at Directors’ Forum

Artificial Solutions, the natural language interaction (NLI) specialist that enables users to have a meaningful, humanlike interaction with technology announced today that Andy Peart, CMSO is discussing the future of conversations between man and machine at the AI in Customer Engagement Directors’ Forum later this month.

In the presentation, Can computers have ‘conversations’ with humans? Andy looks at how digital employees now go far beyond superficial interaction. On a journey through different industries, devices and services, he will demonstrate how global companies are already using conversational voice technology, with some surprising results.

“Siri might have changed people’s perception of what AI-based automated assistants can do, but setting reminders or asking about the weather only scratches the surface of what consumers want from intelligent conversational applications,” says Andy Peart, CMSO of Artificial Solutions.

The Directors’ Forum is an intensive one-day schedule of presentations and discussions for an invited audience of business leaders and is hosted by AI and Robotics at Gallup’s conference centre in The Shard, London. Focusing on the customer interface, this event covers a multitude of subjects from automating customer interactions to predicting customer behaviors, and investigates AI’s impact on the customer experience and businesses’ ability to profitably engage.

The event takes place on the 29 June 2017. For more information please visit
