Artificial Solutions Announces Key EMEA Sales Appointments

Artificial Solutions™, the natural language interaction (NLI) specialist that enables users to have a meaningful, humanlike interaction with technology, announced today that it has further strengthened its EMEA sales team with several new appointments including Mary Norris as VP EMEA Sales, Robert Kellner as Sales Director for the DACH region and Rob Maagdenberg as Sales Director for Benelux.

Mary joins Artificial Solutions from Oracle where she managed specialist sales teams across EMEA, Asia and Latin America. With a strong background in software and digital transformation technologies, Mary has extensive sales management experience in an enterprise environment. In her new role she will be responsible for developing Artificial Solutions’ natural language interaction business in EMEA on the back of growing demands for its award-winning NLI technology.

With more than twenty years’ experience in the IT industry, Robert Kellner has extensive knowledge of omnichannel and digital transformation requirements in key vertical markets including telco, retail and finance. He comes to Artificial Solutions from customer service solutions company, eGain, and will be responsible for expanding Artificial Solutions already established client base in the DACH region.

Based in the Netherlands, Rob Maagdenberg has a successful track record of establishing and growing high-end enterprise technology based sales. His experience from previous roles with both NICE Systems and InVision Software makes him perfectly positioned to build upon the burgeoning demand in the Benelux region for highly intelligent, speech enabled applications.
