At Artificial Solutions, we’ve long believed that impersonal IVR systems do more to damage customer relations than enhance it, by forcing customers to endlessly queue and choose from rigid – often inapplicable – options in multiple menus.

Not to mention the effect that the utterly infuriating repeats of “Thank you for waiting. Your call is important to us” will eventually have on even the most mild-mannered person.
