Teneo Virtual Assistant Finalist In CRC Best Technology Awards

The CRC Golden Awards recognizes the best companies, outsourcers and technology solutions in Customer Relationship in Spain. They are given to companies that demonstrate not just the ability to develop technology that meets the needs of tomorrow’s call centers, but that also delivers cost savings and improved customer satisfaction. Entrants into the competition are judged by representatives from IFAES, AEECCC, IZO and contact center professionals.
