Sella Bank wins first prize for “Innovation Project”

On January 20th, Artificial Solutions’ Italian client, Sella Bank, was awarded first prize in the category “Innovation Project” at the Customer Management Multimedia Competence’s (CMMC) yearly contest.

The reason behind giving the award to Sella Bank is their implementation of a Virtual Chat Agent (VCA) from Artificial Solutions in the Web channel for managing customer relationships and support for effective information flow. The VCA, Stella, which is part of Artificial Solutions’ CSO product suite, gives support to thousands of concurrent users in a human like manner and is proving to significantly reduce the cost of customer care.

CMMC, who arranges the contest, has been active since 1997 working with consultancy for communication between companies and customers and between public companies and citizens. The contest rewards the best practice for those Italian companies that have implemented innovative solutions for Customer Relationship using the online channel.
