Strong Demand for NLI Applications Drives US Growth for Artificial Solutions

Artificial Solutions®, the natural language interaction (NLI) specialist that enables users to have a meaningful, humanlike interaction with technology, announced today that in response to the growing demand for applications built on the Teneo® platform, it is making significant changes to its US operations.

Darren Ford has been appointed as VP of Professional Services Americas. With over twenty years management background in the software industry throughout EMEA and USA, Darren brings with him a wealth of experience in large global enterprise implementations. He joins Artificial Solutions from SDL.

In addition, Artificial Solutions has moved to larger premises to facilitate the expansion, and has taken on several new personnel in roles varying from sales and partner account support, to knowledge management engineers and computational linguists.

The last nine months have seen considerable interest in Artificial Solutions’ NLI expertise from US based companies. Many of these have tried to implement their own natural language based solutions using either acquired technology or competitive products, only to find it too resource intensive and development timescales too long to make projects viable.

“As recognition grows of the true power that the Teneo platform offers enterprises, both in terms of ease of development and the sophisticated natural language interfaces it can build, so have our contracts with a number of significantly high profile clients,” says Andy Peart, CMO of Artificial Solutions. “In order to support this growth and to continue to explore other opportunities, we have expanded the Mountain View office and opened a satellite office in Seattle.”
