BRQ partners with Artificial Solutions

Alliance enables BRQ to distribute in Brazil a self-service customer support solution that can intelligently interpret requests, maintain a dialogue and gather information

BRQ, a leading provider of services and solutions for Information Technology in Brazil, announced today a partnership with Artificial Solutions, the natural language interaction (NLI) specialist that enables users to have a meaningful, humanlike interaction with technology. The alliance will enable BRQ to distribute locally Artificial Solution’s Teneo Virtual Assistant, a virtual customer service solution that is able to interpret the client’s request, understand and maintain a dialogue, collect additional information and, if necessary, transfer to the next level of assistance. Teneo is already used by more than 200 companies in 26 countries – in 21 languages – to offer 24×7 interactive support of superior quality.

According to Gartner, by 2014, over 35% of the organizations listed in the Global 2000 will use virtual assistants to offer “self service” support over the Internet. “This type of care has a clear market trend. Increasingly, our clients are seeking more agile and assertive ways to interaction with their customers,” says Jose Antonio A. Pires, Vice President of BRQ. “With this partnership we will be able to offer this ability to companies and assist them in the transition to the new model,” he adds.

According to Johan Ahlund, co-founder of Artificial Solutions, Teneo Virtual Assistants can be used in different ways by organizations from various sectors. “In the case of banks, for example, a Teneo Virtual Assistant reduces costs because it can be used directly by clients, offering faster and more consistent support. If the solution is used by employees, then you can increase the quality of service, reduce call times and also reduce the need to involve a supervisor in attendance,” he adds.
