Banca Sella Virtual Assistant Stella Recognised In Industry Banking Awards

Artificial Solutions, the natural language interaction and Customer Service Optimization specialist, announced today that Italian financial institution, Banca Sella, has won “Menzione Speciale Canali Innovativi” (Special Mention Innovative Channel) in the “Bank of the Future” category at the Customer Relations Awards promoted by Italian Banking Association (ABI). Banca Sella was awarded for its use of technology that enables the bank to stay connected with its customers through a multi channel environment including the use of an intelligent virtual assistant, Stella.
