Artificial Solutions Wins Stevie Award for Business Technology Solution in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning

Artificial Solutions (SSME:ASAI), the leading specialist in enterprise-strength conversational AI, announced today that it was recognized with a bronze award for Teneo Connectors in this year’s Stevie® 2020 International Business Awards.

Launched last year, Teneo Connectors allows enterprises to easily integrate a wide variety of back-end systems and processes into their conversational AI interface using a pre-built library of intelligent connectors that span a range of business and AI assets including RPA (robotic process automation) and CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service). This expands the chatbot’s capabilities and enables it to deliver more intelligent responses based on the back-end actions, requests and processes it has executed.

Now enterprise chatbots can answer questions more precisely, for example approve loan requests by integrating existing RPA sequences, use personalized data from a CRM system to deliver contextually aware responses, or trigger a series of HR events when an employee books leave.

“With more than 3,800 nominations this year, we’re delighted that our innovative and market leading technology has been recognized with a Stevie award,” says Andy Peart, CMSO of Artificial Solutions. “Teneo Connectors makes it easy for enterprises to integrate between a conversational AI front-end and back-end processes and systems to improve customer satisfaction, while increasing RoI by leveraging existing technology investments.”

The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The 2020 IBAs received entries from organizations in 63 nations and territories.

Stevie Award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 250 executives worldwide who participated in the judging process from July through early September.

“Despite the unprecedented impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on organizations and working people worldwide, the number and quality of nominations we received in this year’s International Business Awards attests to the continued outstanding performance of many organizations.  The commitment we’ve seen through these nominations to maintaining the success, health, and safety of employees, customers, and communities is truly impressive,” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher.
