In his presentation Building technology that understands you…not the other way around, Joaquim Bargalló, Professional Services Director Europe at Artificial Solutions explained how Teneo helps enterprises connect with their customers in a multichannel environment. Taking an in-depth look at how conversational applications can enable organizations to understand more about the behavior and real intentions of its customers, Joaquim focused on the benefits of conversational analytics.
Teneo Analytics enables companies to access and use compelling, predictive metrics on conversations between customers and technology. The suite, comprised of three modules: Teneo Insight, Teneo Discovery and Teneo Analytics API, enables enterprises to utilize massive amounts of raw, unstructured conversational data from sources such as virtual assistants, bots, live chat, call transcripts and emails. Access to this data significantly increases insight into customer preferences and decision making, allowing companies to fully personalize the way they interact with each individual consumer.
