Natural language conversations hold a gold mine of data
Artificial Solutions, the natural language interaction (NLI) specialist that enables users to have a meaningful, humanlike interaction with technology, announced today that Andy Peart will be part of the panel discussion Speech Analytics – Information, Emotion, and Response, at LT-Accelerate, next month.
Andy will present how real-time intelligent understanding of natural language conversations will be essential for organisations in the next five years. How it will implicitly personalise the customer’s experience without them having to do anything, interpret historic data in real time to assess its relevance to the current interaction and ultimately adjust the response to the customer accordingly.

Taking place in Brussels on 4-5 December 2014, LT-Accelerate is a conference designed to help organisations discover business value through language technology. Speakers include Dell, IBM Research, Sony Mobile, and the Universities of Antwerp, Oxford, and Sheffield. The conference, comprising of two days of workshops, keynotes, panels, and presentations, is a joint production of LT-Innovate, the Forum for Europe’s language technology industry and U.S. consultancy Alta Plana Corporation, headed by industry analyst Seth Grimes.
