Artificial Solutions Recruits From The 23rd Century

Artificial Solutions, the natural language interaction and Customer Service Optimization specialist, announced today the rebranding of its website complete with the introduction to its new intelligent virtual assistant Sol, who has joined Artificial Solutions from 23rd century having fallen through a glitch in the internet.

Powered by Artificial Solution’s award-winning Teneo Interaction Engine, Sol engages website visitors in humanlike, intelligent conversations covering a wide range of subjects from helping them find out more about Artificial Solutions and sending messages to employees, to booking a flight to Mars. If asked nicely, she’ll even email a transcript of the conversation.

Sol’s sunny disposition shines through as she converses with visitors to the website, even insults don’t put her in a bad mood, but she doesn’t always give the expected answer. For instance, Sol thinks the capital of Spain is Ouagadougou, but then again things are a lot different 200 years from now. However, Sol is intelligent enough to recognise this and having checked on Wikipedia she realises that the change in location hasn’t happened yet and is only too pleased to provide the answer a 21st century visitor is expecting.
