Artificial Solutions presents Teneo Mobile in Barcelona
Last week, Artificial Solutions and the Spanish Association of Contact Center Experts (AEECCC) co-hosted an executive briefing in which different speakers discussed the future of customer service and how natural language interaction combined with technology can be used to make technology think.
During the briefing, attendees from different prestigious Spanish companies heard about the findings of an European market research about what consumers expect from companies regarding online customer service and what businesses need to do to meet those expectations. Furthermore, speakers discussed how a new breed of web self-service solutions such as intelligent Virtual Assistants are supporting the customers of over 200 leading European organizations including, BBVA, IKEA, Servei de Occupació de Catalunya (SOC), MásMovil, Hospital Sant Joan de Déu, Scandinavian Airlines, Credit-Suisse and many more to reduce costs, resolve service issues and help customers through their online interactions.
