Artificial Solutions, KPMG and Telefonica Briefing Discusses Opportunities in Conversational AI

Artificial Solutions, the natural language interaction (NLI) specialist that enables users to have a meaningful, humanlike interaction with technology, announced today that it is co-hosting a business breakfast briefing in Madrid with partner KPMG and leading telecommunications company Telefonica to discuss the opportunities that conversational AI platforms offer businesses.

People no longer want to learn how to use technology, they expect everything from chatbot enabled customer service to connected home thermostats to understand them,” says Andy Peart, CMSO of Artificial Solutions “Conversational AI makes using technology easier for people and enterprises that grasp this opportunity now will gain a significant competitive advantage.”

Joining Dr Rebecca Jonsson, Chief Researcher at Artificial Solutions in the roundtable discussion is Irene Gómez, Director of Telefónica Aura who will speak of her experience in deploying AI to give users new ways to interact and improve the customer experience; and Belén Díaz, Partner at KPMG will offer insight into improving efficiency and optimisation through AI. The all-women line-up is completed by María Eizaguirre, journalist and editor of TVE, who will moderate the discussions.

Eva Prada, National Director of the British Chambers of Commerce in Spain and Doña Ana Bujaldón of the FEDEPE (Spanish Federation of Women Directors, Executives, Professionals and Businesswomen), will open the event that takes place at KPMG’s Madrid offices.
