Artificial Solutions’ Holmes to Lead Omnichannel Discussion at European Online Retail Forum
Artificial Solutions, the natural language interaction (NLI) specialist that enables users to have a meaningful, humanlike interaction with technology, today announced that Director of Retail, Ben Holmes, will be speaking at the European Online Retail Forum next month. Leading the roundtable discussion, Holmes will be exploring how intelligent digital automation can be used to deliver effective online customer service for the ultimate omnichannel experience.
In ‘Talking with your customers in a digital world; a new approach to the OmniChannel’, Holmes will look at some of the challenges facing online retailers today from increased customer expectations for service delivery to outdated methods of interacting with highly connected customers. The discussion will look at examples of companies that have turned to intelligent online assistants such as Teneo Retail to provide personalized help to specific service and sales queries.
“The speed and capability of smartphones and the growth of web based communities has shifted social behavior and increased customer expectations,” says Ben Holmes. “Being responsive and easy to interact with across the OmniChannel has never been so important to organizations and yet both digital and traditional agent-based channels are no longer adequately serving the needs of the connected customer.”
The European Online Retail Forum is a closed group that brings together 160 senior eCommerce professionals to debate and discuss the challenges in online retail today. Attendees will benefit from the shared experiences of speakers that include Tony Rivenell, who helped Waitrose achieve a 41.4% growth in online sales.
