Artificial Solutions’ Holmes to Lead Omnichannel Discussion at European Online Retail Forum

Leading the roundtable discussion, Holmes will be exploring how intelligent digital automation can be used to deliver effective online customer service for the ultimate omnichannel experience.

In ‘Talking with your customers in a digital world; a new approach to the OmniChannel’, Holmes will look at some of the challenges facing online retailers today from increased customer expectations for service delivery to outdated methods of interacting with highly connected customers. The European Online Retail Forum is a closed group that brings together 160 senior eCommerce professionals to debate and discuss the challenges in online retail today.
