Built around a series of language objects such as lexicon, synonyms and themes, the Teneo Language Resources have been developed over the last fifteen years, using millions of real-life dialogs, machine learning, statistical tools and sophisticated algorithms.
This wealth of knowledge and expertise built into the Teneo platform makes it easier for enterprises to build natural language capabilities into their applications and engage directly with customers over multiple communication channels.
One of the many ways in which Teneo decreases development time is to remove time consuming processes. This is illustrated in the intelligent manner in which Teneo handles the building of a conversation flow to answer questions on a particular subject.
