
On October the 29th Artificial Solutions attended the TBiz workshop "Web Assistant & Multichannel Strategy" with Morgana Caldarini, Digital Strategist, as keynote speaker.
The theme for the speech was; "The right information in the right channel for each customer in order to improve Customer Service within Marketing, Communication, E-Commerce and Public Administration Services".
The following case studies were discussed: IKEA, Scandinavian Airlines, Webank and Dom Pérignon.
