Luna at BuyVIP launched

BuyVIP is a private on-line club for users, selling very different kind of items with discounts between 30% and 70% on official prices. Luna's job at BuyVIP will be to answer general questions and in addition to that she has some very interesting and powerful features as she recognizes the user´s name when logged in and therefore she can say hello using the user´s name and knows all the information linked to the user: last orders, active bonus, etc.
She is also connected to BuyVIP database and therefore is able to check the status of the orders done by the user or to help canceling any order or parts of it.
The clients will be able to change Luna's look according to their needs. For the time being she has one look, but in the near future she will have three different looks to choose from.
In a month's time Luna will also be able to speak both Italian (www.buyvip.it) and German (www.buyvip.de).
