Luna, the Italian version of the VDA for BuyVIP Italy has been born!
Like for the Spanish version, Luna's job will be to answer to generic questions and, in addition to that, she has implemented several interesting features like for example the possibility to recognize the user (if connected), to provide information about the active purchases and to request a detailed cancellation of a wrong order (through a connection with the Web Service of the Client), as well as to realize some registration pushing for new users of the page.
Try to ask her: "esci con me stasera?" and you'll get an answer with proper Italian women temperament!
