
TONI, the Virtual Dialogue Agent developed for Discapnet (www.discapnet.es), has now improved his knowledge and technology level with the implementation of Text-To-Speech (TTS).
Discapnet belongs to a Foundation of the ONCE group, a huge organization of blind and disabled people, very well known in Spain.
The VDA Toni was one of the first projects of Artificial Solutions in the Iberian Market.
With the TTS implementation and the recent completion of the Knowledge Units, Toni has advanced assistance abilities in directing the user throughout all of the services offered by the institution.
Toni is a good representation of Artificial Solutions' CSO solution.
