A new Italian project was launched this month – the Virtual Dialogue Agent, Stella, is now online at the website for the Italian company, Moby.

Moby is an Italian shipping company that operates ferries and cruise ferries between the Italian mainland and the islands of Elba, Sardinia and Corsica. The scope of this project is web navigation support in these areas:

  • Ticket booking
  • Push on sales
  • Complaints
  • Payment processes
