Kevin McGovern

Chief Operating & Financial Officer (COO & CFO)

Kevin is a chartered accountant who has held a number of senior roles in telecoms and technology businesses. His experience is based around operational finance as well as deal structuring where he has led IPO's, equity and debt restructuring and mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

He has worked mostly in the UK, Europe and the Far East for a wide range of companies that include from multinationals such as Andersens and Cable and Wireless, to smaller companies such as Formjet plc, 2SMS.com, Suthbank UK Plc and Breezetech (UK) Ltd.

Kevin joined the Artificial Solutions' management team in early 2009 as Chief Financial Officer.
