Andreas leads Artificial Solutions product strategy, design and development for the company's next generation CSO (Customer Service Optimization) platform.

Andreas is responsible for Artificial Solutions' technology vision and product strategy, for the product design and development, for quality assurance and documentation. He also drives professional services in the areas of hosting-services, support services and technical consulting, which makes him a key driver in Artificial Solutions Strategic Planning.

Under Andreas leadership Artificial Solutions' product portfolio has successfully grown to include a wide range of applications. Such applications belong to different areas including: language technology, voice automation, search technology, knowledge management, virtual avatars, email management, live-chat, sms services, and analytics. All of these developments are part of the CSO platform which enables Artificial Solutions to deliver multi channel self-service solutions and multi channel contact-centre solutions.

Andreas comes from an educational background of engineering and has been a key player in driving Artificial Solutions from a small startup company to todays international thought leader, thanks to his keen sense for market needs and technology solutions.
