Artificial Solutions Recognized As An Innovation Leader In The CRC Gold Technology Awards

Artificial Solutions, the natural language interaction and Customer Service Optimization specialist, announced today that it is delighted to be recognized as an Innovation Leader at the Customer Relation and Call Center Fair organized by IFAES, Madrid. Announced by the Spanish Association of Experts from the Contact Centre Industry (AEECCC) and IZO , Artificial Solutions was recognized for its unique ability to provide intelligent virtual assistants in any language, on any platform.

CRC Gold Technology Awards, and in particular the Innovation Technology Awards, are given to companies that demonstrate not just the ability to develop technology that meets the needs of tomorrows call centers, but that also delivers cost savings and improved customer satisfaction. Entrants into the competition are judge by representatives from IFAES, AEECCC, IZO and contact center professionals.
